Boeing 314 NX18601 prototype
NX18601 was the first Boeing Model 314 flying boat and the prototype flown by test pilot Eddie Allen from Elliott Bay on 7 June 1938. Its flight established the airframe later used by Pan American for long-range transoceanic passenger service.
