Delta IV Heavy Demonstration Flight Vehicle

The first Delta IV Heavy flight vehicle launched the DemoSat payload and two nanosatellites from Cape Canaveral. Cavitation-sensor indications caused all three first-stage engines to shut down early, leaving the primary payload in a lower-than-planned orbit; the demonstration was therefore a partial launch-performance failure.
