Mitsubishi A6M1 prototype c/n 201
Construction number 201 was the first flying Mitsubishi A6M1 prototype. Mitsubishi test pilot Katsuzo Shima flew it from Kagamigahara on 1 April 1939, establishing the flight-test programme for the Zero family before later prototypes and production aircraft adopted the Nakajima Sakae engine installation.
