MUBLCOM
MUBLCOM launched with TERRIERS in May 1999 and later served as the in-orbit target for DART. Orbital’s 2003 project paper identified it as an operational, Orbital-owned spacecraft equipped with video-guidance retroreflectors. It survived the April 2005 collision and recovered after an automatic reset. Its present operational condition is not established by those historical sources.
