New Shepard Tail 4

Tail 4 is the reusable human-rated New Shepard propulsion module introduced with the new vehicle that first flew on NS-14 on January 14, 2021. That vehicle completed its crew qualification on NS-15 and began commercial human spaceflight with NS-16. Blue Origin publicly identifies Tail 4, but does not publish a complete current serial-by-flight ledger, so no last-flight date is asserted here.
