Shenzhou 21

Shenzhou 21 was the crewed Shenzhou spacecraft launched from Jiuquan on October 31, 2025 for a Tiangong station rotation with Zhang Lu, Wu Fei, and Zhang Hongzhang. After the Shenzhou 20 return capsule was found unsuitable for crew return, Shenzhou 21 became the replacement return vehicle for Chen Dong, Chen Zhongrui, and Wang Jie on November 14, 2025. The Shenzhou 21 crew remained aboard Tiangong and later returned to Earth aboard the uncrewed-launched Shenzhou 22 spacecraft on May 29, 2026.
