Shenzhou 6 was the crewed Shenzhou spacecraft launched from Jiuquan on October 12, 2005 for China's first multi-person, multi-day human spaceflight. It carried Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng, supported tests of crew living and working procedures, communications, spacecraft safety and reliability, and longer-duration in-orbit operations, and returned the crew safely on October 16, 2005.
