Soyuz 11A511 for Soyuz 1

This individual Soyuz 11A511 flight article launched Soyuz 1 from Baikonur on 23 April 1967, completing orbital insertion for the first crewed Soyuz mission. The spacecraft mission later ended with the death of cosmonaut Vladimir Komarov after a parachute-system failure during landing.
