Soyuz MS-12 was a Roscosmos Soyuz MS spacecraft, MS No. 742, launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 on March 14, 2019 UTC. It carried Aleksey Ovchinin, NASA astronaut Nick Hague, and NASA astronaut Christina Koch to the International Space Station for Expedition 59. The spacecraft remained docked during Expeditions 59 and 60 and returned to Earth on October 3, 2019 with Ovchinin, Hague, and visiting UAE astronaut Hazza Al Mansoori, while Koch remained aboard the station and later returned on Soyuz MS-13.
