Soyuz TM-21 was a Russian Soyuz TM spacecraft launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 on March 14, 1995. It carried Vladimir Dezhurov, Gennadi Strekalov, and NASA astronaut Norman Thagard to Mir for the Mir EO-18 / Shuttle-Mir increment. After the STS-71 crew exchange, Soyuz TM-21 remained at Mir and later returned Anatoly Solovyev and Nikolai Budarin to Kazakhstan on September 11, 1995 after their Mir EO-19 expedition.
