Soyuz TM-5 was a Soviet Soyuz TM spacecraft flown to Mir in 1988. It launched Anatoly Solovyev, Viktor Savinykh, and Bulgarian research cosmonaut Aleksandar Aleksandrov from Baikonur on June 7, docked with Mir on June 9, and remained at the station as a transport spacecraft after the visiting crew returned aboard Soyuz TM-4. The spacecraft later undocked with Vladimir Lyakhov and Abdul Ahad Mohmand and landed on September 7 after a delayed deorbit sequence.
