Starliner Spacecraft 1

Starliner Spacecraft 1 was the crew module built for Boeing's launch-abort qualification program. On November 4, 2019 at White Sands Missile Range, its launch-abort engines propelled the capsule away from a pad test stand, after which the vehicle separated from its service module and made a controlled parachute-and-airbag landing. The approximately 95-second flight met NASA's primary pad-abort objectives.
