Strela orbital test vehicle of 2003

This Strela completed the launcher's orbital demonstration from Baikonur on 5 December 2003. The flight validated the minimally modified UR-100N-based launch system before the later operational Kondor radar-satellite missions; NASA's NSSDC cataloged the resulting Strela rocket body as 2003-055B.
