Taurus XL T9 (Glory)

Taurus XL T9 was the individual 3110-configuration launch vehicle assigned to NASA’s Glory climate mission. Launched on 4 March 2011, it was lost when its payload fairing failed to separate; the retained fairing mass prevented orbital velocity and the vehicle reentered over the Pacific.
