Venera 16 Orbiter
Venera 16 was a 4V-2 Venus orbiter that entered polar orbit in October 1983 and worked with Venera 15 to map the northern hemisphere using side-looking radar at roughly 1 to 2 kilometer resolution while returning interplanetary science.
