WISE / NEOWISE
WISE was a 661-kilogram infrared survey telescope built by Ball Aerospace around its RS-300 spacecraft bus. JPL operated the same spacecraft as NEOWISE after reactivation; it was decommissioned in August 2024 and burned up during atmospheric reentry on November 1, 2024.
