Yutu-2 is the six-wheeled rover deployed by China’s Chang’e 4 mission. It landed in Von Kármán crater on January 3, 2019, becoming the first rover to operate on the Moon’s far side, and conducts in-situ lunar exploration with the Chang’e 4 lander and Queqiao relay.
